Purpose
Affordable and private schools have difficulty in getting loans from banks. For them to provide quality education, they not only need financial support but also access to other services like curriculum planning, scholarships for students, keeping parents involved in their child's educational growth, improving teaching skills, using new teaching methods.
Two people from the client's team had visited Lagos, Nigeria. It was important for the rest of us to know about their experience and the problems they identified while interacting with the school authorities and teachers.

Defining the Solution
The Design Sprint process of 4 days with a team of 6 people seemed to be the best approach for this project.
