Jeevn is a personalized wellness program designed to help busy professionals and entrepreneurs optimize their health and cognitive function through a holistic approach to exercise, sleep, nutrition, and stress management.
In this project, the primary challenge presented to our team was multifaceted, focusing on the early-stage startup, Jeevn. Our task involved a comprehensive analysis of user behavior and preferences to understand how frequently users engaged with the platform and what drove their daily return. We needed to differentiate between essential features that encouraged regular use and those that were merely supplementary. Additionally, determining the optimal level of information detail that would be most beneficial and engaging for users was crucial.
Initial efforts focused on understanding the product concept, business goals, and target users. We conducted thorough research, mapped out product functionalities, and defined key features. By prioritizing features based on business objectives and technical feasibility, we established a strong foundation for the MVP, including its information architecture.
The project aimed to develop a modular app that delivers personalized health and wellness solutions for sustained peak performance, leveraging proprietary algorithms and expert guidance.

The onboarding process is a user-friendly three-step journey designed to efficiently gather user information. Users begin by creating an account and completing their profile, followed by comprehensive health questionnaires. The final step involves integrating smart devices and scheduling necessary lab tests, with clear instructions provided for a seamless experience.
The post-onboarding dashboard features two sections: action widgets and self-reporting data. Action widgets display daily workouts, mindfulness exercises, and supplement intake, and allow users to log meals. The self-reporting section collects data to keep the coach updated on the user's activities and progress.
The Metrics Overview page presents static infographics and data trends to provide users with a comprehensive understanding of their health data collected from smart devices. This visual representation aids in grasping overall health patterns.
The journey comprises three sections: Goals, Protocols, and Progress. Users can view their established goals, follow detailed protocols provided by their health and mental performance coaches, and track their progress based on relevant metrics.
The chat feature facilitates quick communication between users and their coaches for discussing plans, meetings, and inquiries, promoting ongoing engagement. Users can also contact Jeevn support through the chat for assistance with any issues.
