Challenge

People save articles, notes, screenshots, links, and ideas every day, but rarely return to them. Traditional bookmarking and storage systems focus on saving, not meaningful recall, context, or rediscovery.

What UniKwan Did

Using the UniKwan AI Experience Framework, we designed an AI-native memory experience focused on intelligent recall, contextual resurfacing, conversational interactions, and human-centered organization systems.

01 Understanding Recall Behavior & Intent

We mapped how users save, forget, rediscover, and mentally organise information across personal and professional contexts. The insight shaped the entire design direction.

02 Guiding Users Through Intelligent Recall

UniKwan designed AI-assisted prompts, smart suggestions, contextual reminders, and conversational interactions that help users quickly rediscover saved content.

We designed intuitive tagging systems, explainable recommendations, and contextual interactions that make memory resurfacing feel reliable and relevant.

Users can refine tags, organise memories, customise recall behaviour, and interact with their saved content through chat-based experience. The design keeps the user's preferences and patterns at the centre.

We designed scalable AI systems capable of learning from user behavior, recall patterns, interests & interaction history to continuously improve recommendations over time.

Results & Impact

We turned passive saves into active recall, so content stopped disappearing into a bookmarks graveyard and started resurfacing exactly when it was useful. Reduced friction in content rediscovery through conversational search and smart prompts. Built user trust in AI suggestions through explainable tagging, transparent recommendations, and contextual notifications. Designed a system that improves with use.
